1. ACCOUNTING
The products you want to order are selected on the website by adding them to your shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online checkout. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, the prices of the products and the delivery charges. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation will indicate the products ordered and the price.
2. Payment
The e-commerce payment provider is Bambora Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Bambora’s online service and the payment recipient is shown on the statement and invoice as Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy. Bambora will forward the payment to the online merchant. The payment is secure as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the transaction details. A transaction is established between the e-commerce customer and the e-commerce company. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Our hourly rate is 87 € incl. VAT. Billing interval 2 weeks or agreed assignments unless otherwise agreed with the client.
3. RETURN
Customers have a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products ordered. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in good condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please contact the online shop first and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact details and account number with your return for a possible refund.
There is no right of return for custom-made and tailor-made products.
4. Cancellation, liability and complaints
Before the delivery of the order, the order can be cancelled by written notice by e-mail. The online shop is legally liable for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
5. Payment methods
Through Visma Pay, you can pay with your online banking ID, wallet, payment card (credit/debit), invoice or instalment. The following payment methods are available. MobilePay. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment cannot be debited from the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online shop. Pivo: The terms of use are available on the Pivo website: https://pivo.fi/kayttoehdot/pivon-kayttoehdot/ Flexible invoice and instalment facility is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and securely. Flexusto is intended for individuals who have a good financial record. With Flexusto, you have 30 days interest-free and free of charge. Once you receive your bill, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in instalments. With instalments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting from €9.90/month. Flexible instalments cost €3.90/month and carry a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can use Flexusto to pay for purchases between €30 and €3000. The credit is issued by Aurajoki Nordic Oy. 6. Delivery
Orders are posted on weekdays. Delivery time for products from stock is usually 3-5 working days. If the products to be delivered are made-to-order products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs are determined by the delivery method chosen, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You can see the delivery costs in the checkout function of the online shop before the final approval of the order. If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, you must inform the online shop without delay, but within 14 days. The company responsible for the delivery must be informed immediately of any package damaged during delivery.
7. Other
MW Steel Oy reserves the right to choose its customers and to cancel the sale of the product after receipt of the order.
We sell products for tuning and competition use, in which case we do not provide a guarantee for any product. Nor do we recommend or take responsibility for their use on the road.
No warranty is given for tuned engines.
