HJS silencers reduce noise by absorption.
This means low exhaust backpressure and therefore maximum efficiency.
Our absorption-type silencers consist of a chamber filled with glass fibre wool as a sound absorbing material.
The exhaust gas flows through the perforated tube of the silencer without obstruction or loss of power.
However, the sound waves penetrate through the holes in the fibreglass and are converted into heat by friction.
HJS silencers are not approved for use on public roads.
Use is only suitable for racing/motorsport purposes.
Dimensions are the shell dimensions and lastly the exhaust pipe connection size.
