New generation Ultra-light catalyst for highly tuned free-breathing and supercharged engines HJS UL catalysts are up to 50% lighter than competing products thanks to an ultra-light matrix with a new type of three-dimensional bionic structure that allows thinner material thicknesses to be reduced from 1.5 mm to 0.5 mm.
This, combined with the perforated membrane used in PE catalysts, makes the UL catalyst up to 50% thinner.
In addition, the lower thermal capacity difference of the structure doubles the resistance to the high heat wave stresses often encountered in motorsport.
