Unique patented additives allow important surfactant anti-wear additives to be absorbed into the pores of the metal, creating a wear resistant surface on the metal.
This ingenious coating technology is then able to smooth surface roughness peaks and improve the tribological properties of components by lowering friction and temperatures.
The product is best suited for applications where components are undersized in relation to the load and where thermal stresses are high and long-lasting.
The most common applications are wheel bearings, drive shaft joints, needle roller bearings, universal joints of cardan shafts.
The product has been used with good success in NASCAR, TOP Fuel dragsters and WRC cars.
